I just twisted my ankle. Anyone got a spare hug they care to send?

In case you're wondering, yes it was a stupid reason, the guy that's usually nice and brings our bin in the yard for us didn't do it today so I was pulling it in after taking the dog for his walk and went over on my ankle on the step in the yard (it was dark so I didn't realise how close I was to it).

Oops! Sorry, I didn't realise it was yours. Someone posted a link in an animal community a while back to a page with pics on and I found a link on there to a resource page of kitten pics and that's where I found this. the page itself was blank, no copyright info or anything, just the pics, and there was no info about who took the pic or anything, otherwise I wouldn't have used it, or at least would've asked first.

Do you want me stop using it?

Looks like my luck's in today, I did have it boomarked (and under a sensible name too!). The site's here: http://www.perturb.org/content/kitties/ though I'm not sure how much luck you'll have contacting the person who posted the pic as it's one of those sites (not sure what they're called) with a text directory rather than a gallery, if that makes sense. The userpic I was referring to isn't the one you are now using and have credited me for :-/ I meant the one of Camden Town tube station.. the one of the cats isn't mine..

In that case I think you must have the wrong person as the only userpics I have are one of me, one I made myself, the one I'm using now and 2 that people asked me to edit for them that I uploaded just so they could get them that way. I don't even know what Camden Town tube station looks like (and don't think I have a tube station userpic). The only thing I can guess is that either my userpic's showing up wrong in somewhere you've looked or that you've got the wrong person as this is the only userpic I've used for the last few months (I can never be bothered selecting different userpics so just use a default).

Yesterday when I commented on your journal, your userpic was of Camden Town tube station, with two goths in the foreground and some graffiti on the wall reading "Happy Bday Jesus", which is one of my photos and was your default picture, but it's now been changed.

I'm sorry but that certainly wasn't me, I've never used a pic of any goths at all. As I say, those 5 pics that I mentioned are the only userpics I have and the only ones I've ever had. If the userpic you described was showing up on my journal then I have no idea how it got there unless it was a glitch with lj. The only goth pics I even have are of a friend of mine showing her varying hairstyles and they're all from her own house. If you check back on ljuk (which I'm assuming is where you saw the icon), you'll see the only userpic I've used in the last few months is the one you can see now, with the kitten and raccoon, for the simple reason that I think it's adorable and can't be bothered choosing different icons for different posts.

Other than a glitch in the system, I have no idea how else the pic could have been on my page as I've certainly never used it, and apart from 2 of my friends, neither of whom comment very often on here, none of my friends even use goth userpics :S

This is the link to it, it's still showing as my photograph. What does it show when you look at it? I spotted it on livejournal_uk, not in a comment..

It could just be a glitch in the system, as it's showing as my photo now, but when I looked at your journal earlier today on a different computer, it showed as the kitten one that I usually associate with your username. Very confusing :S

That's definitely strange. I just clicked on it and my usual kitten userpic came up in a big window. Very odd indeed. That's got me worried now lol, I wonder if there's some kind of glitch that's getting our userpics/ images mixed up or something. Whatever it is, it's obviously not just a one-off thing. Do you think I should email support and see if they can check it out?

Very weird, because I don't have that as a usericon so it can't even be mixing our icons up. If you could do that I would most appreciate it.
Here's a screenshot of what I see when I look at your icon - maybe you could do the same and email it to them to show them what you mean.

Just to let you know, I just had a look through your lj scrapbook (hope you don't mind, I was trying to see what pic you meant) and I think I found the one you mean in there, if you mean one with a public phone and someone in the foreground with goth hair with someone else beside them and the Happy Birthday Jesus painted on the tiles behind the people. I can honestly say I've never seen that picture before. In all honesty, I didn't even know you could view other people's pictures on lj until today when I was looking for that one.

I can assure you, I would never use one of your pictures without your permission because, as a writer (not a very good one but very protective of my work nonetheless) I know how protective you must be of your pictures, as a photographer. To be entirely honest, I almost always use animals in pictures or avatars anyway because I like the cuteness, so if there wasn't a kitten or puppy there, I can guarantee it wasn't one I put on there.
